As a solo cleaning service, clear communication is everything. These policies exist to protect your home, your time, and the quality of every clean. Please read through before booking.

01 Booking & Consultation

Every new client starts with a photo consultation.

Because I am a boutique, solo cleaning service, I personally assess every new home before confirming a booking. After submitting a booking request, new clients will receive a text message within 24 hours with instructions to send photos of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and any areas of concern.

This allows me to provide an accurate estimate, arrive fully prepared, and ensure I'm the right fit for your home. Your appointment is not confirmed until photos are reviewed and your estimate is accepted. Returning clients in good standing may book directly without a new consultation.

02 Pricing & Estimates

Every home is different. Your price reflects that.

All pricing is custom and based on the size of your home, its current condition, and your specific cleaning needs β€” discussed during your photo consultation. I do not offer flat-rate pricing because no two homes are the same, and I believe you should only pay for what your home actually requires.

03 Deposit & Payment

A deposit holds your spot. Balance is due at completion.

To secure your Saturday appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your clean β€” before I leave your home. This structure ensures your spot is protected while keeping payment simple and straightforward.

04 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens. I just need a little notice.

My Saturday schedule is intentionally small β€” which means every spot matters. I ask for as much notice as possible when plans change so I can adjust accordingly. I am always happy to reschedule, and I will never penalize you for something outside your control.

05 Scope of Service

Here's exactly what I do β€” and what's not included.

I want to be completely transparent about what your deep clean includes so there are never any surprises. My service covers all standard interior cleaning areas as outlined in The Fluffy Standardβ„’. The following are not included in standard service and must be discussed and agreed upon in advance if needed.

06 Home Safety During Service

Please stay clear of active cleaning areas for your safety.

Your safety β€” and the safety of everyone in your home β€” matters deeply to me. Wet floors, cleaning products in use, and equipment in active areas can create hazards. I ask that all household members respect the areas being cleaned and wait until I indicate it is safe to re-enter.

Fluffy's Cleaning Services is not liable for slips, falls, or injuries that occur when household members enter active cleaning areas or walk on wet floors against my advisement.

07 Right to Decline or Discontinue

I reserve the right to decline or stop service at any time.

As a solo operator, my safety and wellbeing are essential to providing great service. I reserve the right to decline a new booking or discontinue service for any existing client. If conditions upon arrival differ significantly from the photos provided, I will requote on the spot β€” you may accept or decline with no charge.

08 Pet Policy

I love animals β€” and I ask that they're safely secured.

Pets are family, and I completely understand that. However, for the safety of your pet and my ability to clean thoroughly, all pets must be secured or contained in a separate area for the full duration of the clean. Please disclose all pets β€” including type and number β€” at the time of booking.

09 Access & Entry

I need clear, safe access to do my best work.

Please ensure I have reliable access to your home at the scheduled time. If I arrive and cannot enter without prior notice, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the full service amount will be charged. Any access details β€” codes, keys, or lockbox information β€” must be shared in advance.

10 Belongings & Valuables

Please secure valuables before your clean.

I handle every item in your home with care and respect. However, I ask that you put away valuables, jewelry, cash, and irreplaceable items before your appointment. If something is accidentally damaged during my clean, I will notify you immediately and address it honestly and directly.

11 Cleaning Products & Supplies

I bring everything. All products are family-safe.

I supply all cleaning products and equipment for every visit. I use professionally selected products chosen for their effectiveness and safety β€” including The Pink Stuff for oven cleaning and the Clorox ToiletWand system for toilets. The rest of your home is cleaned with non-toxic, essential oil-based products. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, please let me know at booking.

12 Satisfaction Policy

If something isn't right, I'll make it right.

Your satisfaction is the foundation of everything I do. If any area of your clean doesn't meet The Fluffy Standardβ„’, notify me within 24 hours of service completion and I will return to re-clean that area at absolutely no charge. I ask only that you give me the opportunity to make it right before leaving a review.

13 Photo & Marketing Consent

I may photograph your home for documentation and marketing.

I take before and after photos of areas I clean for my own records and quality documentation. I also love sharing the results of my work! With your permission, I may use photos of your cleaned home for marketing purposes β€” including social media and my website. Your personal information, address, and identity are never shared without explicit consent.

14 Privacy Policy

Your home and your information stay private. Always.

Photos shared during the consultation process are used solely to assess your home and provide an accurate estimate. I treat your personal information and your home with complete discretion. I will never share client information with third parties for any reason.

15 Health & Safety

I show up healthy. I ask the same in return.

As a solo operator, staying healthy is essential to showing up for every client on my Saturday schedule. If I am unwell, I will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no charge to you. I ask the same courtesy β€” please let me know if anyone in your home has been ill in the past 48 hours so we can make an informed decision together.
